Olympic athletes excel in peak performance states. Would this ability be useful in business? Of course. Up until now peak performance states were considered a rare phenomenon. Recent studies show these states to be mental and physical strategies available to anyone willing to learn how to recall a resource state and how to maintain it. We can even build one from scratch. Other studies indicate we can keep these resource states easily available for leadership, creativity, visioning, clarity, and congruence. We have conducted 46 of these trainings in the last 17 years. Day 1—Capturing a Peak Performance
At the beginning and the end of the seminar you will be video taped stating your outcomes for the five days. The other participants score you on verbal and nonverbal presentation skills. You dissect the sensory pieces of your own resource state with the help of others. Before-and-after video tapes are yours.

Day 2—Creative Leadership
An important step toward leadership and being a change agent is erasing your own blocks to excellence. Right-brain skills are practiced so that blocks disappear and flexibility is increased. You’ll learn the three key attributes of leaders and how to develop them, and advanced skills in changing levels of energy for problem solving, conflicts, and sales.

The skills of the first two days are enhanced when transferring skills to others. Genie Z. Laborde demonstrates the key teaching points of the 12 modules of the three-day training. Instructor’s manuals distributed. This is a good time to review basic skills so that new discoveries occur for the remainder of the training. The immersion in energy skills allows and supports breakthroughs in personal patterns.

Commitment of all your resources to a goal results inevitably in congruence. How do you know whether or not all your sub-personalities are aligned?
