Three Steps To Erase Fear
& Stop Manipulation

New studies that focus on Right Brain attributes and Left Brain attributes indicate that we can decide what emotions are playing through our bodies.
Here’s how: 
  1. Become aware of the fear or your response to manipulation by others.
  2. Put your attention in your big toe then travel your attention through your entire body (take 90 seconds to do this )
  3. Notice the negative feelings of fear (or “being screwed by manipulation”) have disappeared.
At this point you are tapping into your Right Brain which is full of joy, connection to others, and good feelings. 
You may now choose a good feeling.
